For the second year in a row I attended the Glamour Beauty Fest (Festival). Since I attended in 2017 and found it so enjoyable I thought I would attend for another year and share how it went with you.
Location
It is set across all 3 of the Saatchi floors and despite this, there is still little room to fit all that the show has to offer. Like last year, the event was over the 3 days Friday – Sunday. Both Saturday and Sunday had entry tickets for morning or/and afternoon. Friday entry was afternoon only. Returning blogger favourite Samantha Maria was in attendance along with many other industry specialists.
The Show
With amazing selection of brands it is often difficult to chose where to start. This year saw the return of OXG, Laura Mercier, Fresh, Elizabeth Arden & Pixi, to name a few. In addition to these were a few new brands such as Kat Von D and Feel Unique. Of course the treatments were the main attraction for me however I also loved learning about Philips products. There are some great gifts not to mention discounts on products at the show.
Summary
If you are looking to get as much out of half a day session then I would suggest you go on Sunday. This is as it is by far the quietist day of the 3. Although there are early bird tickets I did pick up a last minute ticket for Sunday this year as it offered a second entry free. The goody bags are deliciously heavy with treats so I wouldn’t recommend trying to pick them up at the very beginning of the show unless you place them straight into the cloak room. Just be warned that if you are attending a full day then you have to remove your belongings for the lunch hour when you leave. Overall I had yet another great year and look forward to next.
