Personal development comes in many forms. Example; Reading to improve your knowledge, mindset, or mood, and exercise to improve your strength, fitness or discipline. Successful people spend 5 1 /2 hours a week reading and nearly six hours a week exercising.

Reduce waste
Learning to be economical comes through avoiding waste in all areas of life. This automatically increases the efficient use of both time and money.
