Hello,
Next week I am heading to join an exclusive one-off masterclass with celebrity MUA Alyn Waterman who will be using the esteemed Joan Collins Timeless Beauty Collection. Since I am so excited about it, I thought I would share with you some of the collection ahead of the big day including a new release.

tIMELESS RANGE
I can definitely see the range has a distinctive Hollywood glamour feel to it, something that is very timeless. This is the type of styling I can visualise members of any generation owning. Also each of the pieces are so well thought thorough, which we shall cover later in this post.

LIPSTICKS
The Divine lipsticks certainly caught my attention initially since similar packaging has been seen recently across many brands. This lipstick range is predominately in shades of red and pink, which keep very much to a classic theme. With a selection of 16 shades in total, there are options for every skin tone. This time of year these are particularly useful as they are also very hydrating. Additionally they are shown to improve hydration levels in the lips after 30 days. (Perfect for winter weather).
I AM WOMAN
There are also a couple of new products which are; I Am Woman Indulgent Bath Salts, Ten Effects Skin Treat and Makeup Fixer & I Am Woman Dry Oil Body Polish. I have the Dry Oil Body Polish which smells really nice and is so useful this time of year to keep the skin glowing. It is a blend of Himalayan Salts (which makes it a nice pink), Avocado, Olive and Golden Jojoba Oils and Kiwi seeds which give off a really nice scent when on the skin. Rather than rinse it off straight away, you can also cover your body and then immerse yourself in a warm bath to allow the salts to work longer.

COMPACT DUO
The compact duo is something that, in terms of packaging particularly, excites me because it is so well executed. This is available in two options, Skin Perfecting Powder and Summer Kiss Bronzing Powder and is meant to be a “go-to” when you are on the go. How this is achieved is through creating a slot for you favourite Joan Collins lipstick to fit making it easy to pull out from your hand bag. When you close it the lipstick shows enough for you to see and for it to be apart of the design but not enough for it to fall out when turned upside down (something I found awesome!!).

This compact duo is so cute and practical not to mention elegant.

There are also a selection of products which you can check out over on the Joan Collins website which amongst others, is also available in other M&S stores.
Will you be checking out the range?
