Introducing SkinSense’s New Anti-Pigmentation Perfecting Range

SkinSense, the long wear skincare line known for delivering a stable, high concentration of active ingredients locked in with innovative Lamellar structures, has recently launched a 6-piece slow-release targeted pigmentation range. The SkinSense Anti-Pigmentation Perfecting Range features a targeted formula made up of 3 specific actives known to mitigate pigmentation individually, but have been shown to be even more effective when formulated together.

All the new products in the range have a core formula of pigmentation-targeting actives, with selected products delivering additional boosters such as Squalene, Tranexamic Acid, and Vitis Flower Extract. The “better together” 3-ingredient core formula in all products includes:

  • 2% N-Acetyl Glucosamine (NAG): A glucosamine (amino acid + sugar) that exists throughout the body and in skin best known for its hydration properties (through its ability to stimulate Hyaluronic Acid production). NAG also has an antioxidant ability as it promotes the production of natural antioxidants in the body to combat the harmful effects of free radicals. NAG effectively reduces hyperpigmentation due to its inhibition of glycosylation of pro-tyrosinase to active Tyrosinase.
  • 5% Niacinamide: A multifunctional skincare hero ingredient which helps support a long list of skin functions: hydration retention, barrier repair, improving fine lines, elasticity, wrinkles, pigmentation, preventing collagen loss, reducing acne. It promotes an even skin tone by targeting discoloration, pigmentation, and age spots. It regulates sebum production and helps to reduce the appearance of blemishes.
  • 0.1% Hexylresorcinol: Known for its skin brightening properties. It helps to reduce the appearance of dark spots. Some of the best studies of NAG show its synergistic effect with Niacinamide. The combination of Niacinamide and NAG has shown to achieve greater results in reducing hyperpigmentation.

The SkinSense Anti-Pigmentation Perfecting Range offers a new three-tiered approach to tackling pigmentation. Skinsense has launched the full pigmentation range with the 3-ingredient formula which is clinically proven to reduce facial hyperpigmentation. The range includes:

  • Anti-Pigmentation Serum 30ml
  • Anti-Pigmentation Eye Cream 15ml
  • Anti-Pigmentation Day Cream 50ml
  • Anti-Pigmentation Night Cream 50ml
  • Anti-Pigmentation Neck & Décolleté Cream 50ml
  • Anti-Pigmentation Body Elixir 100ml

Each product is formulated with the core 3-ingredient formula and additional targeted actives, beyond the base formula, to offer a complete solution for all types of visible pigmentation. These products not only reduce the appearance of discoloration and improve brightness but also slow down new discoloration from forming, refine enlarged pores, and promote a more uniform complexion.

The SkinSense Anti-Pigmentation Perfecting Range is designed to provide long-term hydration and work hard to reduce pigmentation, acne scarring, redness, and sun damage. The creator of the range, Abi Cleeve, known for her work in UV protection with Ultrasun, speaks about why addressing pigmentation from a multi-ingredient formula is better:

“My work with both Ultrasun and SkinSense means that I see first-hand how UV and hormonal changes cause instant and long-term pigmentation. This new range is a long-held dream of mine to help reduce the appearance of pigmentation and prevent new pigmentation from forming, with a unique multi-ingredient formula that combines the three best-known pigmentation ingredients.”

– Abi Cleeve

The SkinSense Anti-Pigmentation Perfecting Range is a must-try for anyone looking to reduce pigmentation, acne scarring, redness, and sun damage. With its innovative formula and effective ingredients, it offers a complete solution for all types of visible pigmentation. Give it a go and see the difference for yourself.
