Korea skin is known for having the most effective skin care routines in the world. As I have mentioned previously I am obsessed with a good skin care routine and take it very seriously. Now I am introducing more skin care to my blog, I thought it would be worth talking about The Face Shop.
The Face Shop
Created in Korea in 2003 The Face Shop offers a large selection of affordable high quality products combining science with nature for many different skin types and concerns. I have been lucky enough to get my hand on their products and want talk about one in particular with you today.
Arsainte Eco-Therapy Mask
The Arsainte Eco-Therapy Crystal Water O2 mask is for an instant cooling effect to calm hot skin irritations and delivers oxygen to dull skin in order to add lustre and glow. Often I find my skin does get sensitivity and so this is really something I was excited to try out. I will also add that it looked like an interesting alternative bubble mask to the bubble clay mask in terms of the foaming.
Initially it goes on like a gel and then it almost immediately foams up which gives your skin a nice tingly sensation these are for you to massage into the skin and exfoliate dead skin cells. I like to use this after washing my face to provide that really deep treatment to fresh skin.
After using this mask I found that my skin did feel smoother and refreshed not to mention calm. Certain times of month when I get quite and angry visitor to my face, I find this especially useful.
Regrettably I do not know where you can get this product range in the UK. If you were looking to try it yourself then be sure to look it up whilst on holiday. The Face Shop do have an international website for those of you who aren’t UK based. This appears to ship to Asia, the UAE and the USA currently. (I did reach out to them directly however I am awaiting a response). Special thanks to my best friend for bringing this back all the way from Korea for me to try.
