As Sunday marked Fathers day in the UK, I am sharing an update to my previous fragrance post. One thing I wanted to reflect in this post is a dad’s individuality. (Although two Dads may share the same unfortunate jokes) Although I also wanted to share fragrances which you may want to borrow from time to time.
So don’t just buy your dad whatever the best-selling men’s fragrance of the moment might be. I’m going to help you discover a selection of scents which I hope you’ll find, will speak to him as an individual.
JustNadiene.com is here to support through providing you with reviews on a selection of products. All products are independently selected and curated by Nadiene. As a result, some may be gifted and if you buy something linked on this site, I may earn commission.
Banana Republic Neroli Woods
For the nature-loving Dad is this Banana Republic fragrance which are crafted with the customers lifestyle in mind. This is why this fragrance is also vegan friendly. Neroli is an essential oil produced from the blossom of the bitter orange tree. This top note is accompanied by mandarin leaf and coconut nectar. This then continues the blossom in the middle notes with peony and frangipani before woody base of ebony, amber, sandalwood and cedar. The great thing about this is, it’s a unisex fragrance and something I wouldn’t mind spritzing myself.
Banana Republic Neroli Woods 75ml, £55
Aba Love Grooming Oil /Men’s Facial Serum
Your dad prefers a more natural approach to smelling good and that doesn’t include sprays. This all natural gentlemen’s facial oil will not only keep his skin toned, but also smelling good. This is a blend of essential oils including relaxing lavender. Because it is a blend, it has many different uses.
Aba Love Apothecary Facial Serum, $38.00
World of Chris Collins, Tokyo Blue
This is the second fragrance of the dark romance collection from World of Chris Collins. If the packaging isn’t attractive enough for you then perhaps the sensual blend of ylang-ylang, violet leaf and orris will help. This is one several luxury scents you can find from this brand so be sure to check them out.
World of Chris Collins, Tokyo Blue 75ml, $225.00
Armaf Club De Nuit Intense
This is for the centre stage Dad who love Creed Aventus as much as I do. In fact I have been told that this is the best dupe on the market for a fraction of the price (win, win). As I haven’t had the pleasure of trying it myself I had a look at my Fragrantica community who did infact confirm this. Top notes are lemon, blackcurrant, apple, bergamot, and pineapple. With a floral centre of rose, jasmine and birch followed by a base of vanilla, musk, patchouli and ambergris.
Amarf Club De Nuit Intense Eau de Toilette, $27.70, available at AmazonDiptyque Eau de Minthé Eau de Parfum
This is one for the mums rather than dads (if that makes sense). With a nutmeg and patchouli heart, accompanied by rose and geranium, topped off mint, this is perfect Summer scent. If you have any doubts then yes a dad of dogs also counts as a reason.
Diptyque Eau de Minthé Eau de Parfum, $175.00
