So I have really been beginning to build a workout routine but I have not always been as lucky to have a membership at a local gym. I wanted to share one of the ways I worked out and still have as part of my workout routine.
My very first post was on taking in the scenery and having a stroll in the countryside and I really wanted to share some more on that.
I think that walking is a great way to fill the lungs with clean air and also a great way to relax the mind or catch up with friends. The views are breath taking but be sure to wear plenty of layers as the air can be colder than you expect in open areas at this time of year.
I took a walk in Surrey and I felt so much better for it.
I will certainly do an updated stroll when the bluebells are out but you can check them out on my very first post.
