The Glamour Beauty Festival

I had the pleasure of attending the Glamour beauty festival over the weekend in the beautiful Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea.

Spread across 3 floors the event had plenty to looks at and so it is no surprise that you could get a double session ticket to ensure you didn’t miss a thing.

The ground floor was full of skin and hair care brands which was literally rammed with people for the duration of the time I was there. This was probably because you had a selection of complimentary skincare treatments, facials and face masks (a really good pamper).

The first floor had lots of beauty brands and even an event exclusive from Laura Mercier where I purchased the Medium deep shade of their setting powder. There were people getting their nails done and generally having the next stage of a beauty makeover really wonderful. I noticed that generally glitter and braids were a huge hit.

The top floor was where experts like Frankie Bridge, InTheFrow, Samantha Maria and Niomi Smart and Alessandra Steinherrand discussed various topics. This floor was the wellness section with Garnier.

I was able to also pick up my gift bag which was filled with tonnes of goodies from brands like Marc Jacoubs, Nars and Garnier.

You could get either £45 half day (AM or PM session on Saturday or Sunday) or a £75 double session ticket. All of the talks were free however you had to book in advance which meant I missed out on the talk I personally wanted to attend as I bought my ticket quite late on.

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed it and I totally intend to go next year (did I mention that on Saturdays there is the Chelsea food market?).
