Walking is a great alternative way to keep fit that everyone can enjoy.
It is recommended that you aim to do 3-4 miles a day which sounds a lot more than you expect if your days are spent running errands.Not to mention during a long day at the office, taking a break and having a change of scenery can be boost brain power for the afternoon.
I like to go and take a walk into the woods for some added inspiration when I can and with Spring comes the Bluebells!
